If you want to sell quizzes online, the writing is rarely the problem. You already have the questions, the rounds and the running order that works. The problem is everything after the sale: a PDF someone has to print, an answer key nobody can read from the back of the room, and, for you, chasing the money.
Neegma partners sell their quizzes, party games and event formats as ready-to-host templates. A buyer opens one, puts it on a TV, and their guests play from their phones. This month we've finished the part partners asked about most: getting paid automatically.
What's new for partners
Connect Stripe from your partner dashboard
Approved partners can now connect a Stripe account from the partner dashboard. Stripe's own onboarding collects the details it needs, so your bank and identity information goes to Stripe rather than sitting with us. The Payouts card shows where your account stands, from under review to ready to receive payouts, and you get access to Stripe's Express Dashboard to see every transfer.
Partners in the UK, the US, Canada, Switzerland and most of the EEA can connect.
Payouts run automatically, every Monday
There's no Withdraw button, because there's nothing to request. Every Monday, Neegma pays out the template earnings that have cleared a short refund-protection hold, straight to your connected Stripe account. You get an email when each payout goes out.
The hold is there to protect everyone. If a buyer is refunded inside it, that sale simply never enters your payout. For most partners the hold is seven days.
Your Withdrawals page shows three numbers at a glance: what's still on hold, what goes out in the next payout, and everything you've already been paid.
The split, in plain numbers
Our standard split is 40% to you and 60% to Neegma, worked out on each sale after card processing fees. Neegma's share pays for the platform your templates run on: building and maintaining the games, the servers behind every session your buyers host (however often they replay it), checkout in pounds and dollars, refunds, the free player boost every buyer gets, and the weekly payouts themselves.
Every partner is reviewed individually, so if you bring a large audience or catalogue, the split is open to discussion. The full terms are on the sellers page.
Your templates, priced for UK and US buyers
Buyers now see your templates in their own currency: pounds in the UK and US dollars everywhere else, converted from the price you set. What they see is exactly what they're charged.
Your earnings are recorded in the currency the buyer paid and paid out in that same currency. No exchange rate ever touches your share of a sale. If you sell to both UK and US buyers, you'll see a set of totals for each currency.
And a marketplace to be found in
The Partners page is now a marketplace. Buyers can browse every partner's storefront, see how many templates each one sells, and buy a session in a few taps. You also get an email with the template name and the sale amount every time someone buys.
How a sale turns into a payout
- A host buys your template. They pay in pounds or dollars, and it's theirs to keep, with unlimited sessions and a player boost for one session.
- Stripe confirms the payment. Your Earnings page shows your share of the sale once the payment settles. Until then it reads "Calculating".
- The hold runs. The sale sits in your held balance for the length of your hold.
- Monday comes round. Everything past its hold is paid to your Stripe account in one transfer per currency, and you get an email.
That's the whole process. You don't press anything.
Why sell quizzes as live game shows, not PDFs
A printable quiz ends when the buyer hits print. A Neegma template is the whole night: which games play, in what order, with how many rounds and what timers. The buyer's guests join by QR code, the scoring and the leaderboard are handled, and your questions look exactly as good on the night as they did in your listing.
- Buyers pay once and keep it. No subscription for them to cancel, and no reason to feel short-changed.
- Your brand leads. Partners theme their storefront with their own logo and colours.
- It works in any room. Templates run in live sessions with guests on their phones, and in One-host sessions from a single screen.
- Hosts can choose the settings. Pin a timer and round count for a set running order, or choose Let the host choose so the buyer picks when the game starts.
If you already sell printables on Etsy, Canva or Teachers Pay Teachers, we've written a guide on turning printable party games into a live game show.
What sells well
The templates that do best are built for a specific occasion, not a general audience.
- Wedding and hen do packs: "how well do you know the bride" trivia, a Telepathy round about the couple, Charades with their story.
- Team offsite running orders: a gentle opener, a team game, and a finale with a leaderboard.
- Pub quiz rounds: a weekly or seasonal set that venues can run without writing a question.
- Christmas party sessions: festive Unscramble, a Christmas quiz and Concentration with seasonal prompts.
- Community and faith nights: warm, inclusive games for fellowship evenings and meetups.
- Classroom revision: Missing Letter and Trivia sets for a topic, playable on the board with no student devices.
How to become a Neegma partner
- Apply on the Partners page. Applications are reviewed before approval.
- Build your games in the Playground. Type them in, import a CSV, or let AI draft a set you then edit. The partner allowance for custom games and templates is higher than any standard plan's, whatever plan you're on.
- Package them as a template and set your price. Add your cover, your running order and your settings.
- Connect Stripe. Do it once from your partner dashboard, and payouts take care of themselves from then on.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sell quizzes online with Neegma?
Apply to the Partner Program, build your quiz in the Playground, package it as a template with a price, and list it on your storefront. Buyers host it as a live game show with their guests on their phones.
How much do Neegma partners earn from each sale?
The standard split is 40% to the partner and 60% to Neegma, after card processing fees. Terms are reviewed partner by partner, and larger partners can discuss a different split.
When do Neegma partners get paid?
Every Monday. Earnings from sales that have cleared the refund-protection hold, usually seven days, are paid automatically to your connected Stripe account.
Which countries can partners get paid in?
Partners in the UK, the US, Canada, Switzerland and most of the EEA can connect a Stripe account for payouts.
What currency are payouts in?
The currency the buyer paid. UK buyers pay in pounds and most others in US dollars, and your earnings from each are paid out in that currency.
Do I need a paid plan to sell templates?
No. The partner allowance for custom games and templates comes with the partner role, not a subscription.
What happens if a buyer gets a refund?
If the refund happens during the hold, that sale is removed from your balance and never paid out.
